Welcome to Equa-SERVE Ltd

Equa-SERVE Ltd is a firm registered in offering quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy services in Tanzania.The company was registered in the year 2009 and has been in operation since then.

The company is fully owned by two Tanzanians, namely Bernard Ndakidemi and Daniel Mwita, both of them with more than nineteen years of experience in the Tanzania construction industry and they are both degree qualified from University of Dar es Salaam.

In additional, Equa-SERVE Ltd is registered with Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB) of Tanzania as a quantity surveying consulting firm with registration number QPL66.109.11/09.

The registered office of the company is situated along Mori road off Sam Nujoma road on plot No.28 Block 46, House No. 7 Mwenge Area, Dar es Salaam

The firm has Eight technical staffs all of them with several years of experience in construction industry and quantity surveying in general. Six out of seven technical member staffs are registered quantity surveyors with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB).

POST-CONTRACT SERVICES

Recommendation and issuance of Interim Payment Certificates, Contract Management, Preparing a projected cash flow, Advising client on contractual/financial claims, Pricing of Variations (Within reasonable limits), Attendance to Site Meetings, Preparing regular financial status reports, Assistance for Contract Correspondence, Preparing Project final accounts and final payment valuations, Dispute Resolution
